Terms & Conditions

Reservation:

All reservations should be booked throughout ANGKOR EXPLORER - Siem Reap

Confirmation:

All reservations will be confirmed by return email. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, I will inform the booking status.

Prices:

All prices quoted in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please check with us upon reservation.

Child Policy:

For children between 2 to 12 years old, the following price policy applies:
Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package
Child no bed 30% discount on total package
Child in twin 10% discount on total package

For infant between 0-2 years old, the following policy applies:
- No extra bed, no meals, no entrance. All services free, except air ticket (90% discount on adult fare)

Payment:

50% of prepayment by bank remittance must be received before the arrival in Cambodia if the tour cost includes the accommodation.Also, the remittance fee will be made by your side.

If the tour cost includes only (tour guide and transport, the payment can be made upon arrival or at the end of the tour.

Bank Account info will be sent directly to your email address upon request.

Cancellation:

For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred. The hotels generally have a 21 days notice of cancellation policy.

22 days before departure	no charge
21-15 days before departure	10% of the tour price
14-8 days before departure	30% of the tour price
7-1 days before departure	50% of the tour price
No Show	100% charge

Liability:

ANGKOR EXPLORER, acts solely as agent between concerned hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices to provide services required.

It is not responsible for any loss, injury or damages sustained by passengers and customers.

All additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural and other disasters, political actions and unrests, shall be borne by passengers and customers.
